Fmriprep: Re-running studies after changing the contents of the .json files

Hello,

I preprocessed an fMRI dataset using fmriprep. I then realised the task-specific json file did not contain the SliceTiming parameter. I have now included it in the json file. Can I now simply re-run the preprocessing so that the slice-time-corrected results will overwrite the old ones?

Thank you for your message! Perhaps may be easier to start from a clean directory as to not be concerned with potential conflicts in writing/reading information

But please keep the freesurfer folder!
