Hi all,
I have some scans that have been acquired asymmetrically: for example, corresponding regions of the ventricles of each hemisphere are in different slices.
I have run these scans through fmriprep using the non-freesurfer BBR, 2-step registration procedure. However, I am still seeing that some features in the scans are asymmetrical.
I wanted to ask: is there any way to correct these asymmetries? Is there any way to have the ventricles drive some of the registration instead of a pure BBR?
