Fmriprep Report Images

Hi there,
I have used fmriprep to preprocess some images. When I look at the figure in html report that fades between the template and the spatially normalised scan there seems to be good normalisation. However, when I look at the actual scan (space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym) there is a discrepancy as the scan looks very different. I wanted to know if this is normal and why this might be?

Could you share some more details? Perhaps the MNI152NLin2009cAsym normalization report and also a screenshot of what you are seeing.
