FmriPrep _Subject with artifact on the neck but not on the brain scan - Advice

Hello,

I have collected data from a subject that they had a metal in their neck but passed through the radiographers and resulted in an artifact in the scan (that is visibly only in the neck area but not in the brain).

I was wondering if that is something that I could include in the fMRIprep pipeline (and still use the otherwise intact brain images) Namely I have multiband fMRI data according to HCP protocol and a T1w scan.

It’s worth a shot, especially since final images are stripped of non-brain areas. You can always run the pipeline and exclude the subject later on. Just be sure to carefully look through the HTML output for that subject.
