I would like some input on the alignment of the BOLD signal with the anatomical data. The coregistration overall looks good, but there is some missing temporal coverage, which is important for our analysis.
In addition to the coregistration html output, I have attached a snapshot from fsleyes with the coreg reference and brain mask images. I noticed the brainmask has more coverage in the temporal regions than the coregistration reference. Could the missing temporal coverage in the coreg file be due to signal loss or co-registration issues? To me, this seems to be related to co-registration because the functional brain mask provides that coverage.
