fMRIPrep20.2.1 generates CSF mask only for one hemisphere

Hello,

I’m using fMRIPrep20.2.1.
The generated CSFmask (*_space-MNI152Lin6Asym_label-CSF_probseg.nii) is somehow missing one hemisphere subarachnoid space for all subjects.

GM masks, etc. work fine, and I have not had this problem with other versions such as 1.5.10 and 1.4.1.

Please let me know if there is a way to solve this problem.
