Freesurfer longitudinal processing

Hi guys,

Is it possible to run recon-all without T1 images to do some longitudinal template creation and processing? Or is T1 absolutely mandatory input for Freesurfer?

Only SWI, T2* and Flair are avaliable…:confused:

Any help would be great!
