I want to transform GLM model output in individual T1w space to MNI305 space using Freesurfer’s mri_vol2vol function. I have individual images of subjects in T1w space, along with T1w images for the subjects. How do I perform the operation? My main query is how to generate the registration matrix as required by Freesurfer’s mri_vol2vol. I want to use MNI305 template provided by Freesurfer for the purpose.
