While using freeview from freesurfer to view a surface, I can see it reporting vertex location and RAS coordinates. I am trying to do source localization in MNE, the result of which is lets say are the vertex locations, but I need to convert the results to MNI coordinates. Can someone suggest, how can I convert a vertex location to MNI location in freesurfer or any other tool?
