Hi,
I need to draw ROIs on a flat patch that I create in freesurfer > mris_flatten
I can draw ROIs on the inflated surface in freeview and I am aware the tksurfer lets me load and draw on the flat patch. Tksurfer has a clumsy interface and I was wondering can freeview load flat patches as well and let me draw my ROI’s on them?
I feel I am missing something… are there other alternatives (software/packages) that will let me do this?
