Summary of what happened:
Hello. I am currently using fMRIPrep to preprocess my data and plan to use FSL FEAT for GLM analysis using the fMRIPrep output. I saw the mumford brain stats FEAT registration workaround (Mumford Brain Stats — FEAT registration workaround) but I was wondering what parameters are required or not required to set in the FEAT .fsf file. For example, do I need to set the “EPI dwell time (ms)” or will it not matter since I will be using the fMRIPrep output?
