Does anyone know if the default melodic settings are implemented when you run “melodic ica data exploration” from feat? Specifically, does the feat version apply:
i) Variance normalisation of timecourses;
ii) Automatic dimensionality estimation;
iii) Single-session ICA.
My guess is probably “yes”, but I couldn’t find confirmation of this on the FSL wiki.
