I’m wondering if anyone has used an FIR model with fsl FEAT and found that the standard deviation of their residuals seems amplified? I input preprocessed BOLD niftis into FEAT and when I view the res4d.nii image output, I found that the SD of the timeseries is much larger than the original BOLD nifti.
