FSL higher level cluster Z-MAX and local Maxima locations x/y/z is in 0.5 (with fmriprep output)

Hi FSL and Fmriprep experts,

My clusters Z-MAX X/Y/Z and local maxima X/Y/Z coordinates are not in whole numbers (as shown below). They are all in 0.5.

It might be caused by the issue I had before about fmriprep processed image having a different voxel location than the FSL standard. Please let me know if you have heard about similar issues.

Hi @wang_simiao, I believe these are “world”/mm coordinates, relative to the standard template you used (probably MNI152).
