FSL TOPUP warp field to ITK

Hi All,

I was curious if anyone has taken FSL TOPUP’s ouptut and made the transform interpretable to itk? If I used the output from the –fout option could I use the FUGUEvsm2ANTSwarp interface defined in fmriprep?

Or where should I start looking for an answer?
