Hi! Does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to call FSLeyes from a Jupyter Notebook (or python session)? I’m not really getting the hang of it from the FSLeyes API documentation and could use some examples.
I can open a frame, add an orthopanel, load overlays, and change colormaps and thresholds, but I haven’t figured out yet how to add e.g. a location panel or toolbar to the window… I have a feeling I must be missing something simple. But what?
