Functional Connectivity Reliability Maps

Hello,

I just wanted to check my method for creating functional connectivity reliability maps (as in Lynch et al. 2020), as I am not entirely sure that the commands I am using do what I think that they do + I am struggling to find more information regarding them.

My files are all CIFTI dense time series files. I plan to z-normalise these. Following this, I plan to use Connectome Workbench to create functional connectivity maps with -cifti-correlation (seed-based, where every row/grayordinate is treated as a seed and correlated with all other greyordinates). Following this, I want to use these functional connectivity maps to create reliability maps (R2, preferably by r is also fine) that I can visualise as a colour map in the connectome GUI. I was going to use -cifti-pairwise-correlation but I am not entirely sure it does what I need, and I can’t find any more information regarding it.

Any advice would be much appreciated! Especially if there is a way I can use Connectome Workbench to do this!

Thank you,
Brydie
