Generate confounds time series after fMRIPrep with `--level minimal`

Hi fMRIPrep folks,

I am running fMRIPrep 23.2.0 on my data with --level minimal, and I really appreciate the minimal output size that it generated. I also tried to generate my own resampled data based on the minimal output, and everything looks good so far.

The only thing that’s currently missing for me is the confound time series (*_desc-confounds_timeseries.tsv files). I wonder what’s the best way to generate these confound time series based on the minimal output. Currently what I am doing is to run fMRIPrep again with --level full and no specified output spaces.

That’s currently the way to do it. More granular operations are on the roadmap.
