I would like to create an external script that would perform SDC correction using sdcflows for a given subject.
From the documentation, I understand that I can discover fieldmaps and build workflows using sdcflows.utils.wrangler.find_estimators(). After running a workflow, how can I then apply the estimated fieldmap to its associated images?
