I can’t find the information on the output type of the get_clusters_table function of nilearn. Is it in MNI coordinates?
Maybe it’s also possible to add this information to the webpage?
The coordinates returned by get_clusters_table depend on the affine of the image, so if the image is in MNI space the coordinates will be MNI as well.
I agree that the documentation of that function is lacking. I’d recommend opening an issue requesting more info in the docstring.
