Gettig NODDI with Single Shell DTI

Hi All,

I want to calculate the NODDI measures for the single shell DTI datasets (32 and 64 directions). I have preprocessed the DTI data using qsiprep. What are my options if I want to calculate NODDI measures

Hi @asim.mubeen,

NODDI requires multishell data. Some attempts have been made to make single-shell NODDI, but haven’t been very successful, should be considered experimental, and are not implemented in qsirecon.
