On a few subjects, I’ve gotten an error that reads “ERROR: nifti_convert_nhdr2nim: bad sizeof_hdr”. This happens during the “/bold_reg_wf/fsl_bbr_wf/flt_bbr” part of the workflow. However, when I run the subject again, preprocessing finishes smoothly with no errors to report.
Can anyone give me a possible explanation for what this error means? Or what’s happening in this particular part of the workflow?
