What is the best way to check the exit status of fmriprep in command line? I am talking about the status also shown at the bottom of the html file which normally is “No error…”. I am asking because there are times that something happens and certain outputs may not be produced, but the html file is always produced, so there is no way to understand if an error occurred by checking the presence of html itself.
To give a possible answer to my own question, looks like runs that have errors have crash__* files in the folder fmriprep/sub-[ID]/log/[DATE]-[RUNID]/. Runs without errors do not have a log folder at all.
Can someone confirm this is the best way to identify if the run had errors?
