I’m running graph analyses and I’m curious what you all do to qa your connectivity matrices/graph metrics. For example, I know you can look at the degree distributions, check to see how if you have any disconnected nodes, look at qc-fc correlations, see if there are small world properties. What do you all consider to be the best ways to check whether your data are ok?
