I was trying to apply to this year’s Gsoc programme. We had to submit our proposals at this link However, the tab on which we had to upload the proposal pdf stopped working well before 1800 UTC (atleast 30 mins before). I could not submit my proposal, anyone else got this error? Any idea if they will give a chance to upload it.
