I’ve searched, but haven’t found any guidance. I’ve seen values ranging from 2 to 9, with no explanation of why the person chose those values.
Currently, ArtifactDetect is marking about 5% of volumes as artifactual.
Looking at plots.blah.svg, I can see marks for intensity out of threshold.
I sent statistics to an output file, and see that all outliers (for this subject and run, at least) are all due to intensity.
