RBC does not provide pre-harmonized data because the way that one wants to harmonize data may depend on the scientific question being asked. So there is no single harmonized dataset that can be used by all studies. That is, any phenotype that is of interest for your statistical models (age, sex, clinical indication, etc) also has to be in your harmonization scheme. The website mentions what software to use for harmonization: Image Harmonization - RBC
