Harmonizing multisite data with (sligthly) different TR

Hello,
How can I harmonize rs-fMRI data with different repetition time (TR)? E.g., 2.3, 2.1, and 1.9 seconds, respectively.

I intend to run an analysis sensitive to this feature.
