Hi,

May I know if the Human Connectome Project Young Adult Dataset Preprocessed diffusion imaging data gone through gibbs artefact removal??

Gibbs deringing is not performed. From the HCP pipelines paper:

The diffusion preprocessing pipeline does the following: normalizes the b 0 image intensity across runs; removes EPI distortions, eddy-current-induced distortions, and subject motion; corrects for gradient-nonlinearities; registers the diffusion data with the structural; brings it into 1.25 mm structural space; and masks the data with the final brain mask.
