I seem to be having an issue with #heudiconv. I’m currently using v0.9.0 via singularity. For rsfMRI, events.tsv files are created. After conversion I remove these files. If I now add a new subject then for EVERY subject, including the one I currently add, events.tsv files reappear in every subject’s func directory. I can remove these files again, verify that there are no hidden files with “ls -a” but the next time I add a subject, they reappear.
Is there something in the .heudiconv directory governing this or is there something I can flag when running the singularity so that these files don’t keep spawning?
