Heudiconv not converting files fully

Hello,

I have a problem that whenever I run heudiconv to transform my dicoms, it does not fully convert information in the dicoms. For example, the dicominfo.tsv does not have any information about series_files and dim4s. I was able to confirm that my version of the heudiconv is having this issue (i.e., the dcm files are not corrupted).

Would there be a reason for this? I did have trouble installing the package heudiconv[all] through my terminal; I had to install just heudiconv on my device.

Any insight would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hello! Sorry for the lack for context. I was referring to the title of the columns that is in the dicominfo.tsv file. I was able to achieve series_id and dim 1, 2, 3 with my data but not series_files and dim4 information like the image attached. I hope this makese sense!
