I’ve been using heudiconv for several weeks with minimal issues, although I’ve noticed that each subject I run (about 20gb worth of dicoms) takes about twenty-four hours to complete. Does the length of time sound about right, and if not, what are some methods I can try to speed it up? Thanks!

In order to enable folks here to evaluate and respond to your question, we would need more information on your setup and how you run heudiconv as these factors heavily influence its performance.
Could you maybe posts details on how you’re running heudiconv (including an example command) and your setup (local machine, hcp, docker, singularity, resource allocation, etc.)?
