High Parcellations for DTI Atlases

Hi! i would like to use a dti atlas with a high number of parcellations. I usually use JHU 81 atlas but am looking for a more fine grained way to analyze my DTI data. Any recommendations?

Thanks

Hi @ET_123456,

You can use QSIprep and its reconstruction workflows (e.g., the mrtrix3 tractography workflows) to create connectivity matrices for several atlases with fine-grained parcellation. These connections won’t be a particular bundle per se (e.g., the arcuate).

(You can also do this outside of qsiprep but there’s more work involved)

Best,
Steven
