hello i’m student for studying brain science
i wanna plot(overlay) two experimental condition contrast(T stat) images to MNI template image like screenshot.
this is smiliar to visualizing two tailed t-test result. and i already have two contrast image(B>A, A>B). but i knew that there is not two tailed one sample t-test in SPM,
how can i do for making overlay image of two tailed t-test contrast images.
