My question is about DIPY:
How to change the voxel order of a tractogram in DIPY? Specifically, the actual voxel order of every streamline.
As shown in the figure, the anatomical image and tractogram are not aligned. First, the orientation is opposite; Second, their origin is different; Last, their scaling is different.
So, how to operate the tractogram to align the tractogram with anatomy in DIPY?
