How to generate CIFTI data from AROMA outputs

Hello Neurostars,

Given fMRIPrep AROMA outputs, how can I convert my nonaggressively denoised functional outputs (*space-MNI152NLin6Asym_desc-smoothAROMAnonaggr_bold.nii.gz) into CIFTI surface outputs?

Have you considered using Connectome Workbench’s -cifti-create-dense-timeseries or Ciftify software (see here)?
