I got the tedana report html and the ica pie chart. However, that does not give me a number of what is the percentage of components that is accepted and rejected. Does tedana offer that information and if yes, where can I find it?
The components’ classifications are available in the metrics TSV (<prefix>_desc-tedana_metrics.tsv). You can load that (e.g., with pandas) and calculate any number of things, including the percentage of components accepted or rejected.
