How to insert the hippocampal subfield segmentation image into Freesurfer’s default parcellation image

Do you have any idea how to insert the hippocampal subfield segmentation image into Freesurfer’s default parcellation image (like Desikan-Killiany atlas), replacing the left and right hippocampi?
