How to know which version of fMRIprep was used to preprocess data?

Hello experts,

I’m considering comparing preprocessed data with new data, however, I’m not sure which version I used to preprocess the old one. However, I upgraded my fMRIprep a few weeks ago and I don’t really remember which version I used.
Is there a way to know which version of fMRIprep was used to preprocess data?

Hi @Chihhao,

You can look at the final HTMLs produced for the subject or at the fmriprep.toml file in a subject’s log folder.

It should be recorded in the dataset_description.json file as well.
