Hi, I am learning to use nipype, I’ve gotten a couple of interfaces working, but I want to try the two functions under the Vista interface (Neuroimaging in Python - Pipelines and Interfaces — nipy pipeline and interfaces package), since I am familiar with the matlab/mrvista software.
mrvista is a matlab toolbox; where/how should it be, to be accessible to nipype?
I guess also more general question; if an interface looks interesting and I want to try its features, what is a best way to go about figuring out how to link it up (each one I’ve tried requires a different approach)?
