How to remove the first 5 scan of fMRI data using CONN software

Hi everyone, I have been trying to preprocess the ADNI rs-fMRI data which as total of 140 scans, i want to remove the first 5 scans, how can do it in CONN software. Although there is an option but the issue is the resultant preprocessed nifti file still have 140 scans. Please help how can I get 135 from 140 scans

Hi @Saqib_Mamoon,

In your first level model you can create dummy volume regressors that censor the first five volumes,

[1 0 0 0 0....... 0]
[0 1 0 0 0 .......0]
[0 0 1 0 0 .......0]
[0 0 0 1 0 .......0]
[0 0 0 0 1 .......0]
