I was hoping to use ICA-AROMA to help denoise some fmri data. However, I want to remove the non-steady state volumes before submitting the data to ICA-AROMA and am unsure how to augment the motion files flagged with -mc (https://github.com/maartenmennes/ICA-AROMA/blob/master/Manual.pdf). Can I just remove rows equal to the number of removed volumes or should I also “re-center” the motion files so that the first row is 0,0,0,0,0,0?
