I am trying to recalculate the regressors for CSF and WM on ICA-cleaned unsmoothed data. For that reason I need to create an unsmoothed output of ICA-cleaned data. Could I use in principle the _space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-preproc_bold.nii.gz file in combination with the _desc-MELODIC_mixing.tsv file to clean the data (via fsl_regfit)?
Given that the output of fMRIprep is using the preprocessed (but not ICA cleaned) data in MNI space but the componets of Melodic do not specify if they are on native or MNI space, I wanted some clarification on what space they are calculated on.
Would anyone be able to help with this?
