I want to run ICA-AROMA on a multi-session (i.e., multiple visits) single-run (i.e., one run per session) dataset.
Would you recommend concatenating the sessions or rather run ICA-AROMA on each session separately?
If concatenation is the way to go, would you recommend coregistering the sessions? The acquisition used Siemens AutoAligne, so there is only minimum displacements between the sessions.
