Hi all! I am currently spearheading a quality checking team for a large dataset that recently was run through fMRIPrep. We used ICA-AROMA and am curious if there is any “standard practice” as to how to quality check this. Is it worth distinguishing the red vs. green or total maps created? Is there some measure of good vs. not good?
