ICA-AROMA, which file can be used in the functional connectivity analysis

I have proform preprocessing by fmriprep. And there are some files created, like
task-rest_run-001_desc-confounds_regressors.tsv;
task-rest_run-001_AROMAnoiseICs.csv;
task-rest_run-001_desc-MELODIC_mixing.tsv;
task-rest_run-001_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-preproc_bold.nii.gz;
task-rest_run-001_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-smoothAROMAnonaggr_bold.nii.gz;

I have some questions as follow :

  1. The file of ‘task-rest_run-001_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-smoothAROMAnonaggr_bold.nii.gz’, I am not sure whether it has been regressed out the confounds, like motion, CSF,wm…? If so, can I use it to perform groupICA using MELODIC? Or other analysis, like alff, functional connectivity?
    1. And I still don’t know whether this file ‘task-rest_run-001_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-smoothAROMAnonaggr_bold.nii.gz’ have been performed high-pass or low-pass filter for resting-state data.
    2. If I want to calculate functional connectivity, which file should I use, and when I perform group comparison using GLM, which confound variables should I use? (if I want to regress out motion-related, WM, CSF);
