I am a fmriprep+FSL/FreeSurfer user. I am trying to run DCM on my dataset but kind of reluctant to rerun preprocessing with SPM. Is there a way to import fmriprep output into SPM? Or alternatively, is there a way to run DCM without the SPM.mat config file?
