Hi everyone,
I would like to import area V5 from an atlas. The purpose is to use this as a mask in Brainvoyager.
I tried to import an atlas from the SPM anatomy toolbox, but unfortunately the regions cannot be separated. They can only be imported as one continuous region.
I’ve been told that previous versions of the SPM anatomy toolbox allowed for importing regions separately. Would anyone have access to these previous versions of the SPM toolbox or know how to access them?
Or if you know of another source to import area V5, I would be grateful if you could share.
