Out of curiosity, is it possible to import atlases that are not native to the CPAC default pipeline? I am looking at the BASC and CC200 atlases for reference.

Yes, it is possible and you can do so in the config here: https://github.com/FCP-INDI/C-PAC/blob/main/CPAC/resources/configs/pipeline_config_default.yml#L1558
However, please make sure the file path is mapped appropriately such that it makes sense inside the container space.
