Hi,
I’m trying to generate a model of a brain from an MRI I have so I can 3D print it. I’m using Freesurfer and managed to generate a model using the recon-all function but unfortunately the quality is, well, not great. I get a model of the brain but I can’t really see any wrinkles or smaller details. Is there anything I can do to improve the quality? My concern is that the problem is that the quality of MRI I used was not good enough for this. Thanks!
